In short yes! Our system uses Stripe as our payment processor, they are one of the world leaders in online payment processing. This ensures that we can create your unique box and deliver it in the shortest time possible.
We can certainly help with that, however, as we are very busy, you may lose your delivery slot and have to wait for the next available slot.
This is an unprecedented situation we are currently in, and it does mean that sometimes we may not have all the vegetables in stock. If this happens, we will contact you before delivery to offer alternatives or refunds.
Currently, our whole team is focused on ensuring safe ordering and delivering, so at this time, once your order is placed we are not allowing delivery address changes. We can cancel the order and you place a new one on the website with the correct address and you will be allocated the next available delivery.
Almost everything we deliver should last a minimum of 5 days without being frozen or refrigerated. However, as this is a perishable product, we cannot guarantee this due to so many factors outside of our control. All we can guarantee is that they will be fresh and delicious when we deliver them to you.
Due to the high amount of calls we are getting we have had to restrict our delivery areas, we try to cover as much of Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire as possible.
However, if you are not covered, please contact us and we will try our very best to help.
You sure can, we have subscription boxes that you can order, along with extras and stipulate delivery weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Our system will take the payment prior to the order, and inform us to dispatch your order.
You can, but only if you do this early enough that it allows us time to add the extras before our delivery slot.
Normally we look to fulfill orders within 3 working days. However, in this busy time you may experience some delays. Please bear with us.
Certainly, you can request this on the order details, Our driver will leave your veg box in a safe place (Nominated by you) and then ring the door bell and leave.
Alternatively, we will place the delivery by your door, ring the doorbell, and then back up a minimum of 2 metres to ensure that you accept it.
Currently, the virus is not considered a food safety issue. So our main priority is to limit the spread of the virus through human contact.
Our drivers have hand sanitisers, gloves and masks in all the vans and are instructed to use them at all times.
We rarely miss a delivery, but sometimes things happen outside our control. Don’t panic, our drivers will contact you to get your delivery to you. In the meantime we have a very active Facebook messenger, or phone, or email.
Occasionally we have to make a change to your box contents because of weather or yields, so first check that we haven’t substituted an item for something else. If something is missing, please let us know and we’ll replace it free with your next delivery.
